Data and Reporting Lead
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion – Drive Products. You will be mainly accountable for: • Identify and implement best suitable solution for data models used to create reports and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). • Collaborate with cross function leaders to identify KPI and reporting needs and create new reports or improve current reports and global divisional and IS colleagues to identify and improve global common reports. • Bring industry best practice to reporting community within business and grow jointly. • Create Power BI reports to support business visions and growth strategies and be able to pull data from various platforms and resources and support continuous improvement effort with data analytics and insights. Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's or Higher degree in Information System, Engineering or Business Administration is required with minimum 8 years of working experience
- With minimum of 5 years with data models and data marts in cloud based database such as Snowflake or Azure
- Sound knowledge of SQL database
- Expert in Power BI visual creation
- Experience with SAP data structure is preferred
- Proficient in English spoken and written communication
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
