Procurement Analyst

Position Overview:

The Procurement Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing PI's business development and service delivery. If you are passionate about market intelligence, forecasting, compliance, and business development, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessment, research, and analysis to identify bid opportunities and support PI team initiatives.

  • Manage and ensure compliance with bench contracts, blanket purchase orders, and other contracting vehicles.

  • Participate in project delivery, managing contract compliance, schedules, and action items.

  • Monitor public sector solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) and utilize online resources for market intelligence.

  • Maintain and update internal site registrations with public agencies.

  • Prioritize business pursuits in alignment with PI goals across advisory and transaction services.

  • Support knowledge management and internal communications for business development efforts.

  • Engage in effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and timely project progression.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, public policy, English, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for research or procurement experience.

  • Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and business acumen, including excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with Adobe InDesign (preferred).
