Senior Product Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Leadership: Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for our web and mobile applications, demonstrating extreme ownership. Lead market research and competitive analysis to shape product decisions and identify new opportunities.
Drive the product roadmap to align with the company's strategic goals and market trends.
Product Development and Delivery: Move fast to validate hypotheses by capturing key insights from customers, reading signals from the market, and experimenting iteratively.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high quality products on time and within budget.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, business value, and industry trends.
Create detailed product requirements and user stories to guide development and ensure alignment with market needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration. Collaborate effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams, including researchers, designers, engineers, and internal and external studios.
Product Performance and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact on business goals.
Conduct regular reviews and post-launch analysis to ensure products meet user needs and drive business growth.
Prepare and present comprehensive product reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience with a proven track record in senior-level SaaS Product Management, focusing on web and mobile applications. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
Preferred Skills:
Passion for mentoring and developing product management skills.
In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate processes and workflows.
Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus.
