Senior Property Marketing Associate

Sr. Associate, Property Marketing

*Role in primarily in-office and open to Boston, McLean (Tysons), and Washington DC.*

The Property Marketing Sr. Associate works with the property marketing team to support the marketing activities associated with helping commercial real estate owners market their existing buildings or buildable land to prospective occupants and developers. The ideal candidate can help tell stories cohesively and simply, has an acute eye for detail, and can manage multiple projects and priorities. This person will primarily spend their time:

  • Serving as central point of contact for new projects and property marketing requests
  • Managing the workflow and approval process for all assigned marketing tactics
  • Coordinating with internal/external design teams and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
  • Organizing and executing broker engagement events
  • Tracking digital results and managing reporting cadence

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with marketers, business partners and 3rd party vendors to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics including brochure development email campaigns, social media tiles, websites, direct mail, event concepting and technology.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of brokers and their clients.
  • Assist with tracking of marketing plans and budgets, including objectives, timelines, marketing elements, costs, metrics, etc.
  • Develop creative briefs to engage with creative team and partners
  • Support the development of cross channel strategy/planning for clients
  • Oversee photography, videography and other vendor coordination as needed to support assigned properties
  • Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with JLL best practices
  • Develop and coordinate email campaigns through our digital marketing team
  • Build and maintain internal stakeholder, external vendor and client relationships
  • Present marketing strategies and recommendations to clients
  • Actively and regularly update contact/distribution lists
  • Maintain portfolio of marketing deliverables and share best-in-class creative with network and JLL teams.
  • Ideation, planning and execution of broker open houses, including management of outside vendors
  • Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in marketing and/or business development role - a fast-paced work environment preferred

  • Impeccable attention to detail; completes projects and tasks with thoroughness at each step
  • Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge -Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Adobe InDesign proficiency required
  • Travel required: <10%
