Sr Manager, Programs

Role Requirements:

  • Advisor for IFM services for new account, expansions and renewals from pre-MSA signature until the end of the first year. Responsibilities include assisting with validating scope, coordinating due diligence and solution, managing escalations and communications, identifying key success metrics, and achieving stabilization on the account.

    § Oversee IFM Transitions (supported by an IFM Transition Lead) for new accounts, expansions or renewals as required utilizing JLL Corporate Services standard processes and best practices as required.

    § Participate in MSA review with AD, Account and Transition Teams, ensure IFM SOW delivered as required.

    § Collaborate with Product/Service Leads to identify foundational transition items as required to support IFM SOW.

    § Clearly define and align product and service line roles to support account teams as needed

    § Monitor the progress toward the implementation date and escalate as required to stay on schedule.

    § Clarify and communicate project objectives including detailed understanding of client expectations, status of deliverables and success criteria.

    § Lead , Define and implement project plans in accordance with client's needs as early as pre-MSA through transition, optimization and transformation as required.

    § Develop integrated transition plans detailed in MS Project and Excel timelines as required.

    § Identify and manage overall project dependencies and ensure project deliverables stay on-time, on-target and on-budget

    § Lead sessions with account and client providing expertise of IFM standards and governance through defining operational workflow

    § Communicate status effectively, manage account/client expectations as related to transition/stabilization deliverables

    § Identify, document and share Account “go forward” Foundational expectations” to include as required: Operational Manuals, Roles and Responsibilities

    § Program Development such as Preventative Maintenance, EHS, BCP, and procedures i.e. MOP/SOP

    § Collaborate with Platform/CSTMO/Product Owners/Service Leads to identify post go-live resources as required to support IFM SOW

    § Responsible for IFM client satisfaction throughout the deployment/transition process (including post go-live).

    § Responsible for Account satisfaction throughout the deployment/transition process (including post go-live)

    § Subject Matter Expert for Deployment/Transition training and IFM Playbooks

    § Governance of the IFM playbook

    § Continuous improvement of the operations manual and IFM Playbook

    § Program lead for operational workflow training programs

    Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 Years IWMS technology or similar experience is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Corrigo
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management
  • A minimum of 3 10 years' experience working in a Facilities Management or other client facing environment.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Experience of owning and delivering technology process focussed training.
  • Preferred Experience within Account Leadership Role minimum of 10 years' experience
  • Preferred Workfront Experience of 2 years
