About this team/roleA core pillar of lululemon's technology Strategy is to provide strong and scalable foundations. Our team manages global networks, enterprise device management, and the delivery and lifecycle management of office technologies. We manage these services with a customer-first and enterprise delivery mindset. We are striving to enable friction-free access to the technologies users need, wherever they are located. Simultaneously we are instituting and managing the guardrails that protect the organization from cybersecurity threats, reliability issues, and over-spend.
The Program Manager for M365s primary responsibility will be optimizing value and licensing of the Microsoft suite of products. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram/Product Management
  • Oversee and optimize $10M+ in licensing of Microsoft products
  • Work closely with the Director of Global Infrastructure and technology leaders and architects to understand the technology strategies. Work with technology leaders and the Microsoft account team to create processes, automations and governance necessary to tune delivery of tools, support, training and services that will enable these strategies.
  • Create governance of licensing, ensuring team members are licensed and have access to the tools they need, while not overprovisioning licensing for tools that are not needed.
  • You are a great collaborator. You proactively partner with technology and business leaders to understand business needs and the M365 capabilities and features that best support these needs. You understand user stories and roles, and you provide analysis documentation and frameworks that will be used by architects and engineering teams to automate provisioning of software, while optimizing spend.
  • You manage value realization by sponsoring communities of practice, training and experiential accelerators that will improve usage and value of the tools.
  • Lead efforts to evaluate new capabilities and features.
  • Provide status updates, including product and service metrics, and communicate effectively to the sponsors and stakeholders
  • Support the procurement process:
  • Responsible for monitoring & reporting over/under utilization.
  • Analyze purchase records and other entitlement information to contribute to contract negotiation/pricing.
  • Contribute to terms negotiation process
  • Software Compliance: Understands product use rights, license allowances and contractual entitlements for software products
  • Monitor licenses for compliance through software inventory scans; initiating corrective actions when non-compliance or over purchase opportunities arise.
  • Supports Internal and external software compliance audits.
  • Performs software audits on a regular basis.
  • Problem Solving Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Provides input and guidance to identify process deficiencies and analyze problems and solutions.
  • Drive program progression through exceptional user engagement, crisp communications designed with the user in mind, tight planning and delivery, and follow through on commitments.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant program/product management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software license management for enterprise level business (10000+ users) and enterprise level software providers, preferably Microsoft.
  • Familiarity and experience with Microsoft software licensing and license use rights.
  • Experience with building and managing reports that track usage and clearly identify trends, issues and opportunities.
  • Experience with mapping business activities to software capabilities and features.
  • Working knowledge of licensing renewal contracting language used in complex, comprehensive enterprise level agreements
  • Strong communication, mathematical and financial analysis skills
  • Takes ownership and follows through on tasks; drives decisions; results-oriented

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $136,200 - 178,700annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
