What we do:

The Advertiser Insights team supports our global brands by delivering insights that help drive business impact. We seek to provide consumer insights, industry trends, and insights on the drivers of business outcomes. Our unique platform data is a key source of information from which actionable insights can be derived to help our advertisers plan, optimize, and obtain the best results for their campaigns.

What you’ll do:

· Apply your expertise in data analysis and the presentation of data to uncover and deliver actionable insights to our advertisers.

· Create value for our clients through projects that offer insights within industry verticals and consulting on individual client insights & analytics needs.

· Manage and analyze internal and external data sources that enable us to deliver insights to clients.

· Build meaningful cross-functional relationships with teams around the globe and help activate on our insights to internal and external audiences.

· Optimize and develop scalable sales-ready outputs.

 

Who you are:

· Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· 10+ years experience in customer research, analytics, and/or insights development.

· SQL proficiency and ability to write efficient and well-structured queries on large data sets.

· Experience in the digital advertising industry analyzing data sets to understand patterns and provide insights.

· Experience in building connections with customers and team members through effective communication and collaborating cross-functionally.

· Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.

· Excellent technical leadership, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and troubleshooting experience.

NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only: In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.  Employees can also purchase The Trade Desk stock at a discount through The Trade Desk’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is$164,900—$302,400 USD
