Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply technical knowledge, systems thinking, and creativity to generate the next generation of Land UK Products and Services.
- Identify technology solutions to strategic business problems and communicate with colleagues across the business to support the decision-making process
- Develop Prototype Systems to demonstrate the benefits of the identified technologies
- Identify potential business collaboration opportunities in academia and industry and work with business development colleagues to develop relationships as appropriate
- Ensure appropriate intellectual property is protected and managed to best benefit
- Horizon scan future technologies to inform business thinking on new technologies.

Benefits
On commencement of employment you will be paid a one-off non-consolidated lump sum payment of £2,000 (the “Welcome Payment”). The Welcome Payment is subject to the normal deductions and will be paid with your first salary payment.
