As a Product Delivery Intern in the Latin America Rates tech product organization team, you will contribute to delivering priorities related to Fixed income, Money Markets, and bonds financial products. You will collaborate with tech teams worldwide and user support areas across Latin America, following up on different tasks from different teams, supporting on prioritization process and control of backlogs, and helping update JIRA for the Rates Product Controls.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Recent graduated students or (thesis pending) of Control Management, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering , Civil Engineering, System Engineering
- Methodical and organized.
- Problem solving oriented and team player;
- Good communication skills are required.
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Agile methodologies
Desirable Skill:
- Programming languages knowledge is a plus
Job responsibilities:
- Follow up different tasks from different teams;
- Support on prioritization process and control of backlogs (JIRA);
- Help updating JIRA (deliverables and epics) for the Rates Product Controls
- Support on Metrics, Reporting updates and data quality.
- Follow JPMorgan Methodology and Procedures;
- Understand and follow JP Morgan Controls;
- Communicate formally with different teams such as Technology, Operations, and Finance in English
