Mercer is seeking candidates based in Milan to expand the Wealth and Retirement team and is offering an exciting and fruitful opportunity as a Junior Retirement Actuarial Consultant.
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Junior Retirement Actuarial Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants to provide actuarial support and consulting services to our clients in the retirement industry.

We will count on you to:
Conduct actuarial calculations and analysis
Perform and review actuarial valuations in accordance with International Accounting Standards
Prepare accounting reports and projections
Carry out evaluation reports in accordance with International Accounting Standards
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to retirement benefits
Use autonomously our evaluation and reporting tools
Organize and close follow-up of deadlines
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Economics or Engineering
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
First experience in similar activities and /or in a consultancy environment
Fluency in Italian and English
Advanced user level of the Microsoft package, specifically Excel and VBA
You value high quality delivery, and you like to work in a fast-paced organization
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
