We are looking for 2 outstanding candidates to join the first edition of a joint graduate program for Mercer and Marsh:

Marsh McLennan Graduate Development Program (Warsaw)

At the beginning of your journey at Marsh McLennan, you will have the opportunity to learn about our business, industry sector, understand our rules and standards of client service as well as to create your business network.

In our program you will:

  • Develop your skills under the guidance of the best experts from Employee Health & Benefits, one of the leading business lines at Marsh and Mercer, in a rotational program - spending 9 months in each team;
  • Implement a specially designed and tailored training plan and participate in interesting projects;
  • Be supported by dedicated mentor & buddy, receive regular feedback, and valuable advice;
  • Work closely with the brokers and apply your acquired knowledge in practice by preparing the data and presentations for the clients, collecting the information; making reports, translations  and offers comparisons;
  • Have a chance to observe and learn how to work with clients and insurers from different sectors and sizes;
  • Have the opportunity to confirm your professional qualifications by taking a state examination for insurance brokers.

This program is for you if:

  • You are interested in insurance and risk management; you want to start your career as an insurance broker;
  • You are available for a minimum of 30 hours per week;
  • You speak Polish fluently and have at least a B2 level in English;
  • You are a graduate or a student of: management, economics, finances, law, English/Polish philology, etc.;
  • You can manage your time efficiently;
  • You analyze your tasks carefully and complete them with attention to detail;
  • You are team-oriented creative and willing to share your ideas with others, you find challenges motivating.
