    Our Manufacturing Operations teams are the people that make our products. We work in the manufacturing plants with a “Safety First, Quality Always” mindset striving for continuous improvement. We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Assist in coordinating and supporting all manufacturing related activities for the IPT. These activities include:
      • Completes post manufacturing batch documentation review and leads initiatives to improve this process (straight through documentation).
      • Assist the production manager in the allocation of resources (e.g. cleanroom garments, sterile supply) to meet the production timeline and prioritize any other ad-hoc shopfloor activities.
      • Assist the production manager in management of compliance skills training for shopfloor staff
    • Supports and coordinates SAP shutdown maintenance and supports all SAP inventory update and reversal.
    • Data collection for APR, profit planning and management of tier process.
    • Prepare and issue necessary documents for production use. These documents are the batch records, manufacturing labels, and other essential documentation related for production such as SOPs and Job Aids.
    • Leads change execution for manufacturing documentation and collaborate with other functional groups such as QA, Technical Unit, QC. This includes emergency changes related to the batch record documentation.
    • Support development of continuous improvement framework within the overall IPT improvement program.

    WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Diploma or Degree in any engineering and science field or relevant experience
    • Demonstrated ability to drive results, effectively problem solve and foster collaboration across functional groups.
    • Effective writing and communication skills.
