About the job
Are you a driven and detail-oriented individual looking to develop your finance career? As a Finance Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial management processes ASEA region. You will gain practical experience across a range of financial operations, contributing to key business activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in the operational expenditure (OPEX) management for Vietnam and other ASEA countries, including the maintenance and updates of OPEX files (ANP & Non-ANP OPEX).
- Aid in the administration of the IO List. This includes creating and modifying the list based on commercial requests and monitoring it against the approved budget.
- Support the tracking and validation of distributor claims in Cambodia.
- Facilitate monthly routine reporting by extracting data from internal systems and updating the Tracking template, covering Cambodia's Sales In/Out, Stock, Accounts Receivable, List Price, and SAP SHIFT standard reports (Sales, OPEX, other COGS).
- Assist in the monthly consolidation and validation of Manual Journal Entries (MJE) for submission to the Global Business Services (GBS) for posting.
About you
- A university degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Demonstrated academic excellence, with a high GPA.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong numerical acumen and precision in handling data.
- An enthusiastic and open-minded approach to learning and professional development.
