Main responsibilities
- Data analysis - monthly reports and visualizing the necessary information
- Contribute to the preparation of necessary slides and data analysis for the Global meetings
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, finding opportunities to enhance efficiency in Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with team members for an efficient work and editing the data
About you
Experience
- Ongoing university studies (active student status) studying a degree in Human Resources or related subjects
- Min. 30-hour availability/week
Soft and technical skills
- Good communication skills
- Microsoft Excel - advanced level (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Hlookup, Slicers)
- Power Point - advanced level
- You are interested in data analysis and desire to improve reporting in Talent Acquisition
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, previous experience in this field would be appreciated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prominent level of problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
Languages
- Excellent English written and verbal
