Main responsibilities
- Supporting managers in day-to-day tasks
- Develop or maintain material in SharePoint
- Support event management, assist in planning and organizing office events, meetings
- Using Sanofi tools on daily basis
About you
Experience
- Ongoing university studies (active student status) studying a degree in business or related subjects
- Min. 25 -hour availability/week
- Organized, attention to detail, good communication skills
Soft and technical skills
- Working in team, critical thinking
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint skills)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility in working with other people
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
- Independence reliability
Languages
- Hungarian knowledge in advanced level
- English knowledge in advanced level
