iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Junior Quality Manager in our Quality Assurance team you'll support and maintain a high level of Quality Assurance. You will support and instruct personnel on any directive in quality standards, procedures and GxP (good practice) requirements in coordination with the Responsible Person (RP) and/or Central Quality Head (CQH). Keep abreast of Sanofi global requirements and Swiss law in relation with products and GxP requirements, within area of responsibility and support Country compliance with these requirements.

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform market batch releases in accordance with set priorities and within the certification given by Responsible Person (RP).
  • Raise any concerns about batch release (product or process) immediately to RP and implement appropriate solutions as agreed by RP.
  • Initiate deviation reports and record related CAPAs (corrective and preventive action), as needed.
  • Manage product quality complaints.
  • Raise any concerns about product quality complaints (product or process) to RP and implement appropriate solutions as agreed by RP.
  • Deploy Global projects associated to the management of complaints as required.
  • Support and coordinate the preparation and conduct of health authority inspections or GxP audits, as instructed by CQH, in close collaboration with RP (organization of meetings, follow up on implementation of actions, information centralization, document preparation and classification in shared space).
  • Take active part in back office of any health authority inspections and GxP audits.
  • Manage and coordinate the country inspection readiness exercise (organize meetings, centralize information, document actions) and raise risks and concerns to CQH, for all GxP functions.

About you

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical environment with knowledge of Good manufacturing practice (GMP) and good distribution practice (GDP) is a plus.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Ability to work under stress and time pressure.
  • Organized and a fast learner.
  • Ability with and interest in IT tools.
  • Potential in strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle and simplify complex projects or initiatives.
  • Teamwork-focus with strong transversal coordination and communication skills.

Education:

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy/Life Science/Biology/Biochemistry or equivalent.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English and French. German would be an asset.
