Job Details:
• Interview arrangement and offer/communication letter preparation
• Support people & culture team internal communication needs, including hot job posting and communication materials preparation
• Ad-hoc project support as needed
Job Holder Requirement:
• Strong communicator, highly organized, and driven to get results
• Strong sense of ownership and team spirit
• Self-starter and independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in English and mastery of essential Microsoft Software is a MUST (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
