Main responsibilities:
- Effectively handle incoming tickets from employees regarding e-learning applications
- Analyze and resolve common and rare inquiries using step-by-step instructions and/or subject matter expert knowledge
- Deliver high-quality standard service to internal employees
- Support the incident management process by contributing to knowledge articles based on the content provided in English and Local language
About you
Experience:
- Ongoing university studies (active student status) studying a degree in business or human resources or related subjects
- Min. 25/30 -hour availability/week
Soft and technical skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with medium level proficiency in Excel
- Strong customer service focus
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- E-learning application knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Attentive to customer needs and feedback
- Team player with strong communication skills and adaptability
Languages:
- Fluent in English
- Good language skills in one of the following languages is a plus: French/Spanish/Mandarin/German
