After more than 10 years in an international marketing career, across some of the biggest blue-chip companies, I found my self completely lost for the passion of what I did. I left my job and this started a long and interesting quest to explore my "what if's" and to go out and search for my missing passion. Join me in this session where we talk about how to manage career transition through 3 simple phases. Lau has 15 years of experience in International Brand Management and Marketing across Northern Europe at companies like Colgate, Beiersdorf, and GSK. Consulting start-ups and medium-sized businesses on growth strategies, brand management, and marketing. As a Coach, he is combining experience from the corporate industry with his passion for digital media and people development. Running 1:1 career consulting and workshops on everything digital. He has been involved in large scale organisational restructures and supported regional deployment as a change agent and ambassador. Certified as a coach in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and studying for a MA in Digital Media Management (graduating 2020). Originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, but he has been living in London since 2017. A passionate explorer of the world and besides the UK, having lived in the US, Australia and Germany.
