Trans Community Wellness Session

Vodafone’s LGBT+ Friends Network are proud to host a nourishing event for the trans and non-binary community to mark Trans Day of Visibility. The session will be led by Cairo Nevitt (he/him), a public speaker and wellness coach. Cairo will lead attendees through a variety of activities, including journaling, reflective practice and mindfulness. Having a pen and paper would be useful.

Often, Trans Day of Visibility events are about the trans community, with a focus on education, rather than for the trans community with a focus on support. This is why this session will be a safe, welcoming and supportive space for trans folks.

Our Wellness Session is specifically for folks who identify as trans/non-binary or as having a trans history/experience. Please share this registration/invite with your trans colleagues and friends who you think might also find the session useful.

Your email address is only asked in order to invite you to the session and to send a follow-up feedback form, it will not be used for any other purpose.

As the session is focused on individual practice/reflection, your name and video will not be visible to other participants, and your microphone will be muted.
