Make your voice heard and take part in myGwork's Mental Health survey to help us better understand LGBTQ+ employee experiences at work, as well as the opportunity to win one of three home spa treatment vouchers from Urban worth £90 each.

In the last couple of centuries, LGBTQ+ rights and acceptance have taken massive strides forward in many countries, but recently we are experiencing an increasing number of push backs. Basic human rights are being challenged, in particular those of our gender minority siblings. Inclusive relationships and sex education in schools are being rolled back, and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) training in both public and private organizations are being withdrawn.

At myGwork we work tirelessly to accelerate LGBTQ+ inclusion at work on a global scale. In today's climate it's more important than ever that organizations take responsibility to do what they can to ensure inclusion and support for all their LGBTQ+ employees. To better understand how LGBTQ+ employees are feeling in their workplace environment today we have launched a survey looking specifically at four distinct areas: Openness/Authenticity, Mental Health, Discrimination, and Support & Inclusion.

Our survey is open until 12th May, welcoming LGBTQ+ people aged 18 and above who are currently employed, irrespective of their location. The completely anonymous survey will take approximately just 10 minutes to complete, and you will automatically be entered into a competition to win one of three home spa treatment vouchers from Urban worth £90 each.

Competition Rules

1. Eligibility

Users are only eligible for this competition if they meet the criteria specified above. myGwork employees are not eligible to enter this competition.

2. Prize Draw

The winners will be drawn at random from the eligible entries on the 12 May 2024. Winners will be contacted to claim their prize. A user may not win more than once.

3. Entries

Entries are valid only once. Any fraudulent entries or attempts to circumvent the rules will lead to the disqualification of that user’s entries.

4. Prizes

Three winners will receive one (1) Urban voucher worth £90.

5. Claiming Your Prize

If you have won, myGwork will contact you to notify you of your prize. You will be considered to have won if you claim your prize within one week of receiving notice that you have been selected. myGwork is not liable for failure to receive notification of winning under any circumstances. In the event that a prize isn’t claimed or a winner is disqualified, myGwork will draw at random another winner from the eligible entries.

6. Agreement to Rules

By entering this competition you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions made by myGwork, who retain sole rights to withdraw, refuse, or disqualify entries at discretion. All decisions are final and binding.

7. Odds

The odds of winning are dependent on the number of total eligible entries by 12 May 2024.

8. Rights

myGwork reserves the right to republish and share the name of winners selected from the draw as well as their entries.

9. Terms and Conditions

myGwork reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these rules in the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond myGwork's control. myGwork reserves the right to disqualify anyone in violation of the terms.

10. Disputes

Any disputes arising under these rules shall be resolved between the two parties in accordance with the terms laid out in these rules.

12. Privacy Agreement

All entry data will be processed in accordance with GDPR rules.

13. Acceptance and Agreement to Rules

By entering this competition, or attempting to enter, the entrant is considered to have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all rules stated herein and is bound by them.
