Meet Guadalupe from Diageo

Guadalupe Lozano is the PA to the Supply Chain Director for Tequila, based in Mexico, and during her 25-year career has seen the stereotypically male-dominated Tequila industry change dramatically.

From a larger female operations crew to better facilities for women, such as lactation rooms, Guadalupe discusses how equity has permeated through Diageo into the distillery at La Primavera, and is helping women break biases across the industry.
