myGwork celebrates 10 Years of empowering workplace inclusion at WorkPride 2024

myGwork, the largest global LGBTQ+ business platform, proudly celebrated its 10th anniversary during its annual WorkPride conference.

The fifth annual WorkPride conference, organized by myGwork, was another resounding success. Held from June 17th to June 21st, the event attracted thousands of participants worldwide, engaging in essential discussions on workplace belonging and inclusion. This year's WorkPride featured over 60 panels and workshops in English and Spanish, with more than 250 speakers sharing best practices and tools to create safe and inclusive workplaces for all. Topics covered included neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ parenting, eradicating the rainbow ceiling and wage gaps, non-binary representation, creating inclusive workplaces for diverse professionals, and much more. You can check out and watch the videos of all the sessions here.

The conference concluded with a celebration at Tower Hill in London on the evening of June 21st, accompanied by a second celebration in Madrid on July 4th, 2024. Both were attended by myGwork corporate and individual members, community partners, activists, and ambassadors from countries leading in LGBTQ+ rights.
