myGwork celebrates fifth annual WorkPride at London's Tower Hill

The fifth annual WorkPride conference organized by myGwork was another resounding success. Running from June 17th to June 21st, the event drew in thousands of participants worldwide, engaging in vital discussions on workplace belonging and inclusion.

The conference concluded with a celebration at Tower Hill in London on the evening of June 21st. Hundreds of guests, including speakers, sponsors, and participants, came together to mark the event's finale. Check out the photos below. You can also download the photos here.

This year's WorkPride featured over 60 panels and workshops (in English and Spanish) and 250+ speakers sharing best practices and tools to help create safe and inclusive workplaces for all. Topics included neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ parenting, eradicating the rainbow ceiling and wage gaps, non-binary representation, creating inclusive workplaces for diverse professionals and so much more.

The festivities reached their peak at the Tower Hill party, with a dazzling performance by a talented drag queen and a captivating violinist setting the stage for an unforgettable evening, with a guest appearance from Rachel Shelley, best known for her role as Helena Peabody in the ground-breaking TV show The L Word.

Attendees enjoyed an array of cocktails and food whilst they stood outside the iconic Tower of London, with a DJ and spinning photobooth adding to the celebratory atmosphere of the event.

WorkPride 2024 truly left a lasting impact, uniting LGBTQ+ professionals and allies alike from diverse backgrounds in a shared commitment to empowering inclusive work environments. The event not only celebrated diversity and inclusion but also ignited a collective passion for driving positive change in workplaces worldwide.

myGwork would like to thank all participants that attended, the session sponsors, including the main sponsor Booking.com, and day sponsors RS GroupNTT Data and Primark, as well as all the hosts and 250+ speakers for the insightful conversations that inspired change during this year's WorkPride.

Finally, myGwork would like to congratulate all the winners of many prizes that were on offer ranging from tickets to musicals like Priscilla the Party! to a luxurious tea for two, and prizes generously donated by Soho House, Compass Group, The Peninsula London, Patagonia and VF Corporation.
