Gaining new perspectives through Prism

Inclusion and diversity makes every one of us better. And we have a strategic framework built around representation, limitless learning and engagement to ensure we're living our commitment every day.

Prism, our LGBTQ+ employee network, aims to empower and support our employees through visibility, knowledge, culture and connections as it relates to the LGBTQ+ community and its allies. Prism’s mission is grounded by four pillars: visibility, knowledge, culture and community. Prism hosts global and regional events help educate and build community within Avanade, including a session around asexuality in the workplace. And blog posts around Pride Month, World AIDS Day and International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia help share Prism members’ stories both in and outside Avanade.

Outside of just Prism, our Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer, our 14 Employee Networks, and our partnership with organizations like Out & Equal and Human Rights Campaign are hubs of information and activity that strengthen this aspect of our culture.
