Avangrid has a growing network of Business Resource Groups (BRGs) for our diverse employee community. Our BRGs are led by Avangrid employees and each is sponsored by a member of Avangrid’s Executive Leadership Team. BRGs provide opportunities for professional networking, career development and learning, community building, and community partnerships.

The Pride@Avangrid is a Business Resource Group whose mission is to foster an environment where LGBTQ+ employees can bring their authentic selves to work.
