Main responsibilities:
- Support Finance Business Partners with activities, creation of Finance Business Partner reports, headcount reporting.
- Assist with month end activities, posting journals, account analysis.
- Preparing month end headcount reports and overtime reporting.
- Assist with preparing forecast and budgets.
- Assist with tracking project costs and allocations.
- Assist with financial analysis.
- Actively support Continuous Improvement initiatives within Finance & process simplification.
- Other ad hoc activities.
About you
- Education: 2nd or 3rd year student working towards a degree in Finance or Business related discipline.
- Soft and technical skills:
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with numbers.
- MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
