We will rely on you to:
Contribute to a diverse range of business-focused projects by conducting thorough research, generating innovative ideas, and exploring creative solutions
Assist in reviewing client treaty renewal terms for Korean treaty business
Prepare treaty renewal data using Excel
Create reports and PowerPoint decks for Korean treaty business
Liaise with colleagues based in Korea on broking support work
Understand the overall concepts of the company, including the brand, customer, product offering and other aspects of our services
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal process
Learn and become proficient on internal process and software systems
What you need to have:
Current university student who is keen to gain valuable experience in the reinsurance industry
Available full-time (or part-time, minimum 3 days/week) from Oct to Dec 2024
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in the Korean language to communicate with colleagues based in Korea, review client treaty renewal terms for Korean treaty business and prepare comprehensive reports/presentations tailored specifically for Korean clients
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Prior knowledge or strong interest in insurance/reinsurance would be a plus
