Junior Client Executive, Client Management Team (Espoo)
What can you expect:
As our new Junior Client Executive, you will join our Client Management Team, providing services to major Finnish companies across various industries. Your role will involve supporting the team with a range of insurance and risk management topics, including Casualty and Property. Depending on your professional growth, you may also have the opportunity to manage a client portfolio as a Client Executive. You will work closely with brokers and other internal teams to deliver seamless and compliant service, reporting directly to the Hiring Manager.

We will rely on you to:
- Serve as part of our Client Management team , supporting the team in providing daily advice and client materials on Casualty, Property, and General Insurance matters.
- Ensuring client matters are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare renewal proposals and compare insurance offers for selected lines of insurance.
- Manage the standard renewal process and liaise with insurance companies for specific insurance lines.
- Acting as Client Executive for selected client portfolio
What you need to have:

- Master’s degree
- A collaborative and service-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
