MarshMcLennan has an exciting opportunity for a NEW GRADUATE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS (ADVISORY) to join our MMB Team in our Office in Mexico City. This role is within our dynamic and growing Benefits team.

We will count on you to:
- Preparation of PPT presentations
- Comparison charts in Excel
- Translation of documents from Spanish to English and vice versa
- Accompaniment in sessions with the client so with the purpose of understanding our business
- Brief and Slips fillings
- Preparation of employee communications regarding benefits
- Database crossovers
What you need to have:
- College Degree in Business Administration, Mktg, Actuarial Sciences, International Studies or student on the last semester
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookup, Concatenate) PowerPoint, Outlook
- English language fluency

- Previous experience no more than 2 years
