As a Sales Excellence Student Worker ,under supervision, you will support executive capacity and acts as an internal advocate for the segment. You will help define and drive a predictable Rhythm of Connection (RoC) in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcome delivery. You will help instill sales process discipline and adherence to standards and execution excellence and help coach sales teams or partners to execute sales motions and strategies as well as help create and land new habits and business priorities among sales teams; collaborates across segments to proactively seek resolution to manage change. Under guidance, you will help advise leaders in their respective teams and collaborates with peers in efforts of developing segment strategies on segmentation/partner selection, territory planning, and quota setting. Drives the reinforcement and review of account/portfolio/partner business planning to ensure quality.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
  • Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship.
  • Legally authorized to work in Germany (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills. 
  • Strong Desire and business acument for consultative solution.
  • Fluency in German.

Type of Employment: Student Worker

  • With managerial oversight, assists with account or business planning. Collects and/or reports business information to help benchmark performance. Supports the execution of defined actions within the operational unit.
  • Under guidance, assists team members to advise segment leads or partners on planning and landing targets (e.g., scorecard, quota setting, territory management, segmentation).
  • With managerial oversight, assists team members to orchestrate the Account/Portfolio Partner Business planning, and supports the coaching for managers and sellers on account/portfolio/partner business planning fundamentals, habits, and plan quality.
  • Builds relationships with sales managers and their teams. Supports coaching of sellers and/or managers with assistance.
  • Under guidance, applies key reporting tools and conducts analysis on key revenue drivers within defined scope. Escalates issues in reporting or analytics.
  • Helps sales teams and managers understand and effectively use common and/or new processes and tools developed for the wider business to improve internal and external communications and engagements, while developing knowledge and collecting feedback on tools.
