Join our Bi Visibility Month campaign and show your support!

In honor of Bi Visibility Month, and in the leadup to Bi Visibility Day, we’re calling for bisexual people and allies to the bisexual community to participate in our social media campaign, aimed at elevating and supporting the bisexual community in the workplace.

According to our recent study, LGBTQ+ professionals experience higher rates of depression and anxiety, with bi+/plurisexual and gender minority individuals faring the worst. A staggering 45% of global respondents reported being diagnosed with depression at some point in their lives. This percentage rises to 59% for the bi+/plurisexual respondents (bisexual, pansexual, queer, and sexually fluid). More efforts need to be made by employers to support employee mental health and to ensure everyone can be themselves at work.
