Summary: As an Application Designer, you will engage in defining requirements and designing applications that align with business processes and application needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather insights, brainstorming innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications developed meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also be responsible for guiding your team in making informed decisions and providing support in problem-solving across multiple projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.- Support team members in their professional development and growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in HTML5.- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
