Education: Master's / Bachelor' degree in Actuarial Science/Statistics/Mathematics/B.Tech/Others with good academic background

 

           P&C Actuarial Pricing

           (Senior Pricing Analyst /Assistant manager)

• Solid knowledge of relevant statistical modelling methods - in particular GLMs
• Knowledge of relevant machine learning techniques
• Proven experience in working with large data sources
• Good command of Python, SQL, SAS, Databricks or similar coding languages
• Experience of Willis Towers Watson software such as Radar or Emblem
• Good understanding of the various elements of Technical Pricing, including business expenses, other costs and actuarial/inflation assumptions.

   

  P&C Actuarial Reserving

  (Actuarial Analyst/Deputy manager)

  • Strong understandings of reserving methodologies
  • Ability to perform reserve movement analysis and explain results to various stakeholders
  • Analyzing, optimizing and creating financial models that form the basis of insurance products
  • Providing thorough analyses of complex data and reserves
  • Collaborate effectively with IT on the integration of the various tools within IT landscape
  • Provide support on the various modelling initiatives and ensure proper documentation is in place
  • Ability to bring efficiency in the existing process and recommend new ways of doing things.
    
    
    

     

     

              Life Actuarial (Automation focused)

            Experience : 4yrs+

            Mandatory skills: RAFM, Modelling, Python ,Power BI

 

            Duties & Responsibilities:

 

• Relevant experience in the life insurance domain to support model transformation projects for life and health business lines.
• Key responsibilities include developing reporting tools and dashboards, collaborating with broader teams, supporting production cycles, and enhancing models for new products and improvements.
• Ideal candidates should have knowledge of dashboarding tools like PowerBI and Microstrategy, databases such as SQL, and programming languages like R/Python.
• Familiarity with actuarial platforms like MoSes, RAFM, Prophet, or AXIS is advantageous.
• The ability to independently develop tools and dashboards is essential. Business and actuarial knowledge of life and annuity products, such as FIA/VA, is required.
