Specialist - Fund Accounting

Join us now as Specialist - Fund Accounting in Taiwan within the Fund Accounting team.

 

What you do

 

• Provide administrative support in the preparation, organization, and filing of counterparty and broker account opening documentation, strictly in accordance with approved procedures
• Support KYC and AML processes by assisting with document collection, completeness checks based on predefined checklists, and proper filing
• Perform document scanning, indexing, filing, and record retention in compliance with internal control, data protection, and audit requirements
• Provide general administrative support to the FA team as assigned, including scheduling meetings, sending meeting invitations, and preparing meeting minutes
• Support regular expense reimbursement and expense application processes in accordance with internal policies
• Prepare and coordinate regular report sign-off processes (e.g. monthly client reports)
• Download internet banking account balances and perform reconciliation
• Upload daily operational data to custodian banks
• Prepare NAV and fund performance-related data required by Taiwan universities.

 

 

What you bring

 

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Native Mandarin speaker with basic English reading and writing skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work
• License: Senior securities license, SITE & SICE License
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments, including bonds, equities, futures, foreign exchange (FX), repurchase bond (RP), commercial paper (CP), time deposit (TD) and corporate actions
• AI skills: CoPilot
