About the Opportunity

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will serve as the senior regional marketing leader responsible for shaping and driving Ellucian's strategic marketing across the Asia Pacific region. In this elevated role, you will lead the development of high-impact integrated marketing strategies that accelerate pipeline, deepen customer engagement, drive partner alignment, and strengthen Ellucian's brand presence across diverse, high-growth markets.

You will operate as a senior advisor to regional sales leadership, global marketing teams, and Ellucian Partners-leading the viewpoint and translating market insights, customer needs, and institutional trends into compelling marketing programs that influence revenue outcomes and support long-term growth.

This role requires a seasoned B2B marketer with demonstrated experience leading regional strategies, managing complex go-to-market programs, and steering cross-functional alignment. You will bring strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to help elevate Ellucian's impact in the region.

 

Where you will make an impact

 

  • Develop multi-year regional and ABM marketing strategies aligned to business priorities, revenue targets, and higher education market needs.
  • Partner with regional leadership to shape go-to-market plans supporting modernisation, expansion, and customer growth.
  • Translate global marketing priorities into region-specific execution strategies that scale effectively across the territory, including driving localised product launches and developing customer advocacy.
  • Lead data-driven demand generation strategies, inclusive of deep data reporting around measurable pipeline impact and ROI optimisation.
  • Oversee advanced ABM frameworks, digital programs, partner-led campaigns, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Provide forecasting, insights, and performance reporting that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as senior advisor to regional sales leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and shared success metrics.
  • Strengthen operational alignment across global marketing, sales, solutions consulting, and partner teams.
  • Lead strategic co-marketing programs within the Ellucian Partner Network, supporting joint positioning and pipeline acceleration.
  • Elevate Ellucian's brand through thought leadership, storytelling, customer advocacy, and executive-level events.
  • Manage marketing operations - including budgeting, planning, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain deep relationships and represent the voice of the customer in marketing materials to drive local customer opportunities

 

What you will bring

 

  • 6 to 10 Years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise technology, or higher education.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Demonstrated success in high-impact demand generation, Account-Based Marketing(ABM),multi-channel programs, and partner marketing.
  • Proven track record leading regional marketing strategy and partnering with senior sales leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast, measure, and optimise marketing performance.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience operating across ANZ and broader APAC markets.
  • Experience in the education or higher education technology sector is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, drive innovation, and maintain agility in a fast-paced environment.
