We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health Actuarial team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Gurugram / Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Mercer's GSD Health Actuarial team support client engagements focused on U.S. employers' healthcare benefits & prescription drug strategies and financials. This is a hands-on role working with U.S. Consulting & Actuarial teams to deliver high-quality analysis and client materials. The successful candidate will be an individual contributor developing expertise by supporting client deliverables such as underwriting, financial projections, carrier selection analysis, plan design optimization, and employee contribution setting, assisting with reserving analyses, and evaluating well-being initiatives and other programs for their cost and outcome impacts.
