Sales Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits Team. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

A Sales Analyst collects, analyzes, and interprets sales and market data to provide actionable insights that optimize sales strategies and drive revenue growth. You will play a critical role in helping organizations understand sales performance and improve outcomes. Core responsibilities include:

We will count on you to:

• Identifies opportunities for improvement within operational processes to better and/or more efficiently serve clients.
• Participates in special projects, providing insight and feedback to provide recommendations/solutions.
• Reviews and compiles core brokerage documentation in a timely and accurate manner to keep clients informed.
• Manages and responds to escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary to provide timely information.
• Organizes, plans, and monitors communications on topics of high complexity from contract through implementation and follow-through with internal and external stakeholders.
• Acts as a subject matter expert and provides feedback and advice to colleagues.
• Learns and adheres to Company's Errors and Omissions avoidance policy, brokerage standards, and continues to learn new policies and standards through receiving (and requesting) structured feedback and training.
• Maintains a solid understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.

What you need to have: 

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales analysis or a similar role is often preferred.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and sales performance metrics is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
• Strong analytical and research skills to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to recommend actionable strategies.
