Working at Fiserv has truly been such a rewarding experience, since Fiserv practices what it preaches about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and provides many different opportunities to get involved and grow, even leadership roles, too. Overall, Fiserv offers several different volunteer Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and particularly in the LGBTQ+ community, the Unity ERG is dedicated to LGBTQ+ associates and their allies. Everyone is invited, welcomed and encouraged to take part, get involved and help foster and shape the Unity ERG through bringing awareness and education. One example, through our monthly Speaker series called Unity-in-Unity: A 'Real-life' story...where we invite different inspirational people to share their stories, expertise and advice. In addition, we are also involved in the community, as well, since Fiserv is a corporate sponsor to Basildon Pride Parade & Festival.
