Responsibilities
Support the end‑to‑end Off‑cycle Adjustments (OCA) process by tracking requests, preparing submissions, monitoring approvals, and providing assistance to stakeholders.
Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and reports to ensure data accuracy, visibility, and smooth operational workflows.
Serve as the Workday point of contact for the North America Compensation team, assisting with questions on wage types, reports, system requirements, and deadlines.
Build, update, and run Workday compensation reports, coordinating bi‑weekly reviews of pending transactions with Compensation Advisors.
Contribute to additional compensation activities, such as Rewards Planning and other team initiatives, through analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities to strengthen controls and documentation.
Job Qualifications
You will need
Advanced English skills, oral and written
Powerful Excel skills
Attention to detail and ability to interpret data
Be organized, methodical, and enjoy problem solving
Experience working with Power BI is desirable
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage shifting priorities
