BUSINESS ANALYST AGILE TRANSFORMATION APPRENTICE W/M

 

Be an active part of a dynamic team 'Agile Center of Excellence (ACE)' which is responsible to drive the agile evolution from an traditional towards an agile organization. 

Apprenticeship starting in September 2026.

Your missions :

 

Support the Agile Center of Excellence (ACE) 

• Identify and implement needed methods and tools to effectively enable and drive the agile transformation 

• Follow up on the proper usage of the various methodologies (focus on agile) and tools used 

• Operational hands-on support for Programs/Projects e.g. Agile coaching, practice reviews/assessments, ... 

       - Regarding methodology and related tools (agile, waterfall, lean, change management) 

       -Identification of corrective actions to reduce risk, improve quality and efficiency 

• Support metric definition and implementation, incl. followed up, analyze of results, derive improvement actions, ... 

• Guide, advice and train junior project teams for the implementation/usage of the methodology and tools 

• Support the implementation of Agile@Scale on all levels (team, program and portfolio level)  

• Prepare, participate and follow up workshops and trainings  

• Drive smaller business improvement initiatives (e.g. internal Website, tool harmonization) 

 

Global interaction 

• Support the development of regional ACE teams  

 

Your profile :

• Master 1 or 2 student

• Ability to effectively communicate fluently in English (spoken and written) 

• Previous working experience - ideally in an project environment 

• Very good level of MS Office package 

• Highly adaptable and flexible,

• Quality and structured oriented 

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Capacity to work independently and take ownership 

• Positive attitude, client oriented and open minded 

• Strong team player 

 

Nice to Have : 

• Fluent in French (spoken and written), JIRA basics, Methodology basics (agile, waterfall, lean)
