About the Role

As a Claims Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering fair, timely, and customer-centric claim outcomes across travel insurance. You'll combine sound judgement with structured decision-making to assess claims efficiently while contributing to ongoing improvements in how we work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assess a broad range of travel insurance claims with accuracy, consistency, and care
• Deliver clear, empathetic communication to customers throughout their claims journey
• Apply policy interpretation and critical thinking to reach fair, compliant outcomes
• Support process enhancements that improve turnaround times and customer experience
• Share knowledge and help uplift team capability through coaching and mentoring
• Collaborate across teams including Teleclaims and Medical Assistance

What You Bring

• Experience in insurance claims (travel or general insurance preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make confident, well-informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• A continuous improvement mindset and openness to adopting new tools and approaches
• Confidence working within structured frameworks and evolving processes
