What You'll Be Doing:

• professional management of calls and emails;
• correspondence with customers in a polite manner, ensuring a high degree of their satisfaction;
• providing specific information and advice to clients;
• recording information and changes regarding customer data in the related applications of the job;
• getting familiar with the routine and processing target volumes of requests and calls - discussing complex cases and challenges with the team leader and other designated persons, as well as contributing to improving the quality of the services provided by the team;
• involvement in the development/improvement of operational processes;
• attentive and active participation in the trainings offered by the company;
• compliance with the instructions from the team leader or the management line.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in German (C1) , French (C1) and English (min. B2).
• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role is a plus.
• Problem-Solver: You know how to find solutions and tackle challenges head-on.
• Quick Thinker: You can handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines.
• Independent Worker: Able to manage your tasks with little supervision and deliver results.
• AI and Machine Learning  Utilized for predictive analytics and fraud detection.​
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)  General AI applications in customer service and claims processing.​
• Business Intelligence  Important for decision-making and strategic planning.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
