We are expanding our regional claims specialist program by introducing a Bathurst role designed to enhance our support for workers and connect them with vital community resources. As a passionate Community Claims Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping workers overcome barriers and achieve positive claims outcomes by facilitating access to community supports and attending medical case conferences. While this position is remote, it requires you to live within Bathurst to effectively support our clients in face-to-face interactions. Your proximity to the area will enable you to provide on-site support when needed, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our clients.
