DATA & AI - SENIOR BUSINESS TRANSLATOR

The candidate will join the Data & AI - Business Translation team with a senior role, working in close coordination with the responsible of the team to support the delivery of AI initiatives across the organization. The role combines strategic thinking and strong hands-on execution, translating business priorities into high‑impact solutions that improve productivity and operational effectiveness. The candidate supports business cases and contributes to roadmap activities, ensuring that strategic directions are translated into deliverable projects in close collaboration with business and technical teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Support the identification, assessment and prioritization of AI initiatives aligned with business priorities
•    Contribute to Data & AI roadmap activities by evaluating use cases, benefits and implementation feasibility
•    Analyze and structure business cases, assessing benefits, feasibility and expected impact
•    Translate business needs into executable initiatives, producing functional specifications, epics and user stories
•    Manage complex AI initiatives at project level, from functional design to delivery and adoption
•    Support solution testing, UAT activities and go‑live readiness, ensuring delivery quality
•    Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective execution and alignment
•    Monitor initiative progress and value through KPIs, supporting governance and reporting activities

KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

 

•    Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics or other STEM‑related disciplines
•    5-7 years of proven experience in data, AI, digital transformation or consulting roles within complex organizations
•    Solid applied understanding of AI solutions (e.g. Generative AI, LLMs, predictive models) and IT landscape in general
•    Proven experience working on AI or digital initiatives as a senior individual contributor.
•    Strong skills in business analysis, business case evaluation, process design and functional requirements definition
•    Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
•    Ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders, IT and AI technical teams, acting as a bridge between domains
•    Hands‑on mindset, strong analytical skills and ownership at initiative level
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Fluent in Italian and English
