What We Expect From You?

•  Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communication, business, or a related field,
  • At least 3 years of digital marketing experience in e-commerce companies or a related field,
  • Ability to analyze and understand data is essential; experience with data-driven marketing strategies will be appreciated,
  • Experience in digital marketing is required,
  • Experience in product and service development is highly valued.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of funnel management and funnel maximization,
  • Passionate about understanding digital customer behavior,
  • Knowledge of insurance products is an advantage,
  • Basic knowledge of analytical tools,
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English,
  • Team player, self-motivated, solution-oriented, and open-minded.
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

How can you make an impact?
• Grow your digital customer base through data-driven website and landing page customizations and enhancements, and better leverage sales funnels and e-commerce capabilities.

• Analyze user behavior using analytical tools, and generate UX/UI improvement ideas to increase conversions.

• Understand e-commerce sales processes and improve conversion funnels.
• Leverage analytical insights and customer insights to use A/B testing and other tools to achieve better conversion rates.

• Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and developments in digital marketing and insurance.
