ENTERPRISE PROGRAM MANAGER - CLUB MARINE - MELBOURNE

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver on enterprise and regulatory related projects and programs, ensuring performance in a compliant and efficient manner.

 

About the role

• Responsible for the successful delivery of strategic, regulatory, and enterprise programs through disciplined project and change management, including proactive technology oversight, intervention and decision-making.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on program activities, ensuring effective governance, risk mitigation, and issue escalation.
• Accountable for developing and integrating new programs and processes to align with the strategic direction of the business.
• Identify, assess, manage, and mitigate risks associated with enterprise programs and regulatory change.
• Oversee the delivery of Club Marine business projects using the full software delivery life cycle (SDLC), including prioritisation, requirements gathering, and execution.
• Ensure timely resolution of system issues, including root cause analysis, remediation, UAT, and stakeholder collaboration across the platform ecosystem.

 

About you

• Possess relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in project/program methodologies, with strong knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience in managing regulatory and/or compliance change in a related environment would be viewed favourably.
• Extensive experience in delivering strategic outcomes, managing end-to-end project delivery, and applying appropriate methodologies across portfolios.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers to build strong relationships and influence outcomes effectively.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to address issues and opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence audiences at all levels and manage competing priorities across teams.
• Experience in leading change initiatives, engaging multiple stakeholders, and embedding change effectively.
• A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
