Role overview
Allianz Services - Global Mobility Services provides travel and mobility procurement solutions for the Allianz Group, covering airlines, hotels, agencies, corporate cards, automotive, leasing, mobility platforms, and global fleet management. By integrating strategies and pooling volume, we drive efficiency, transparency, cost savings, and innovation across mobility services.
What you do:
Business Development & Strategic Growth:
- Drive the development of global Fleet and Mobility Services across Allianz entities
- Identify, evaluate and support the development of fleet, mobility and energy related solutions (e.g. EV, charging, digital platforms)
- Prepare management and executive level presentations, business cases and decision papers
- Support go to market activities for new mobility services and concepts
Strategic Fleet & Mobility Management:
- Contribute to the development and steering of global fleet strategies, standards and frameworks in line with Group guidelines
- Support harmonization and optimization of fleet and mobility concepts across countries
- Act as a strategic advisor to local organizations on fleet, leasing and mobility topics
- Contribute to sustainability targets, CO₂ reduction initiatives and ESG related programs
Key Account & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support cross functional collaboration with procurement, operations, sustainability, finance, IT and HR
- Support country organizations in complex fleet or mobility projects and negotiations
- Support the development of long term partnerships with global and regional providers
Global Sourcing & Procurement
- Contribution to global sourcing and procurement activities for fleet leasing, OEM frameworks and mobility related service providers
- Support tender processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations and contract frameworks
- Ensure compliance with commercial, risk and governance requirements
Innovation, Sustainability & Digitalization
- Contribution to Group initiatives related to electrification, digital fleet solutions and data driven mobility
- Monitor market developments and support the implementation of scalable Group solutions
What you bring:
- Relevant professional experience in fleet leasing, OEM or mobility / energy related environments
- Experience in business development, strategic initiatives and stakeholder management
- Professional experience in a consulting environment is an advantage
- Proven ability to work in international and cross functional settings
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including senior stakeholder interaction
- Structured, solution oriented and self motivated working style
- English - mandatory (business fluent)
- German, Italian, Spanish or French - strong advantage
