GESTIONE PORTAFOGLIO POLIZZE VITA INVESTIMENTO E PROTEZIONE

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della funzione Circle Life e contribuirà alla gestione operativa del ciclo di vita delle polizze. In particolare, si occuperà delle attività di post-vendita, supportando la gestione amministrativa dei contratti e interfacciandosi con le funzioni interne e la rete distributiva.

Il ruolo prevede inoltre il coinvolgimento nei processi liquidativi e nei processi assuntivi relativi alle polizze di protezione/rischio, garantendo qualità, accuratezza e rispetto delle tempistiche.

 

 

 

ATTIVITA' PRINCIPALI

 

• Gestione post-vendita delle polizze vita (variazioni contrattuali, aggiornamenti, richieste clienti/rete)
• Supporto nei processi liquidativi (prestazioni, riscatti, sinistri)
• Gestione delle attività amministrative legate ai contratti vita
• Supporto ai processi assuntivi per prodotti di protezione/rischio
• Verifica della correttezza e completezza documentale
• Interazione con stakeholder interni (underwriting, sinistri, customer service)

 

 

 

REQUISITI CHIAVE / COMPETENZE / ESPERIENZA

 

 

• Diploma di Scuola Media Superiore
• Esperienza di 3 -5 anni in ambito assicurativo vita (Operations, Back Office, Sinistri o Underwriting)
• Conoscenza di base del ramo vita e dei prodotti assicurativi (con focus su polizze vita e protezione)
• Familiarità con i processi di:
• gestione post-vendita
• liquidazione prestazioni/sinistri
• assunzione rischio (underwriting base)
• Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e sistemi gestionali; buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office (in particolar modo Excel e Power Point) e di ChatGPT o strumenti analoghi
• Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio
• Capacità analitica e problem solving
• Orientamento al risultato e rispetto delle scadenze
• Buone capacità relazionali e di teamwork
• Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese, scritta e parlata
