You will lead a team dedicated to delivering efficient and effective HR services across Belgium and the Netherlands, acting as the single point of contact for all people-related inquiries. Your role will involve insourcing services for Allianz entities, ensuring compliance with labor laws and ethical standards, and driving continuous process improvement.

Your Profile?
You are an experienced professional with a solid background in multi-entity shared services and HR operations, demonstrating a successful history in process optimization and payroll management. You possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and have strong managerial skills to lead teams effectively. Your technical skills include process improvements, HRIS, and knowledge of social legislation in Belgium and/or the Netherlands. You are accurate, stress-resistant, and possess strong change and process management capabilities, complemented by excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential, with knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
